These terms apply to every booking for Wrong Trip 1.0: Bali (21–28 March 2027) and any optional add-ons. By paying the booking amount, you confirm you have read and agree to these terms, our Cancellation & Refund Policy and our Privacy Policy.

2. What you're buying

A hosted group trip in Bali, with the accommodation, activities, transfers and inclusions listed on the trip page at the time you book. Anything listed as "not included" is not part of the price. The itinerary is a sample plan; exact timings are shared in the trip group chat before departure.

How it's delivered: once your booking is confirmed, you'll receive written confirmation by WhatsApp and/or email, followed by the group chat invite, packing list and pre-trip information. The trip itself is delivered in person in Bali on the trip dates.

3. Booking and payment

4. Cancellations and refunds

The booking amount is non-refundable in every case. Cancellations by you, by us, and for reasons beyond anyone's control are covered in full in our Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

5. Changes to the plan

Bali has weather, traffic and opinions. We may change sessions, venues, villas or timings for safety, weather, availability or other operational reasons. Where we make a significant change, we'll replace it with something of similar value. Activities you choose to skip are not refundable.

The villas shown are a shortlist. Final villas are confirmed after booking and will be of a similar standard.

6. Our role and third-party suppliers

We plan and host the trip and book services from independent suppliers, including villas, gyms, venues, clubs, surf schools and transport providers. Those suppliers have their own terms and are responsible for their own services and premises. We choose suppliers carefully, but we aren't liable for their acts or omissions beyond our reasonable control. [REVIEW]

7. Flights, visas, passports and entry

You're responsible for your own flights, a passport valid for at least 6 months beyond your travel dates, your Indonesian visa (Visa on Arrival or e-VOA), the Bali tourist levy and any other entry requirements. We can't refund you if you are refused boarding or entry, or miss part of the trip because of flight changes.

8. Health, fitness and risk

9. The crew code

All guests must be 18 or older. Respect the crew, the hosts, the villas, the venues and local laws and customs. Indonesia has zero tolerance for drugs, with severe penalties. We may remove anyone whose behaviour puts others at risk or seriously disrupts the group, without a refund. You're responsible for any damage you cause to villas or venues.

10. Rooms

Rooms are twin share, paired by gender unless you're travelling as a couple or group and ask to share. A single room upgrade may be available at extra cost, depending on availability.

11. Photos and content

A professional videographer travels with the group, and you'll receive photos and reels from the week. By joining, you agree that Wrong Trip may feature group photos and videos that include you in Wrong Trip content and marketing. If you'd rather not appear, tell us in writing before the trip and we'll keep you out of published content.

12. Events beyond our control

We aren't liable for delays, changes or cancellations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, extreme weather, volcanic activity, flight disruptions, strikes, government restrictions, epidemics or civil unrest. In those cases, see the force majeure section of our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

13. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim relating to the trip is limited to the amount you have paid us for it. We aren't liable for indirect losses, such as lost earnings or the cost of flights and other bookings you made yourself. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law. [REVIEW]

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at [REVIEW: city, e.g. Mumbai].

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you pay your booking amount applies to your booking.
